Consultation

Your first consultation will take 60 – 90 minutes. Your symptoms, medical history and general well-being will be reviewed. We will also look at aspects of health such as your sleep pattern, food preferences, body temperature and temperament. You will receive a classical homeopathic prescription, specific to your individual requirements. A homeopathic remedy will be selected to begin the healing process and address your complaints.

A follow-up consultation takes place approximately 4 weeks after and will last 30 – 60 minutes. We will evaluate the changes that have taken place since the first consultation and make any necessary refinements to your individualized plan.  The number of follow-up consultations varies depending on the nature and complexity of the case, and are usually spaced out over time, with longer intervals in between. A full assessment will be given at the initial consultation.
